Life seems to get in the way of my quilting. My mother moved into an assisted living place. So am over there stripping wallpaper off of 4 walls. Vinyl has been up for 25 years. Finally, got the hang of taking it off. Get the vinyl off then wet the backing and will come off easier. Repainted all her office furniture from a BRIGHT Yellow to a very pale while/yellow. Having a carpet guy come out Tuesday and tape down some carpet. Then put the furniture in the room. Then I can organize her business paperwork. My sister is coming in 10 days to help me paint the house. Tomorrow besides the carpet guy, I have to call an insurance lady about rental insurance, and a realtor is coming over to Mom's house and giving me an idea about either renting the house or selling it. Then can discuss with my sister when she gets here.
Two weeks hubby was acting like he had Alzheimer. He fall in the living room and put a 13 1/2" x 18" hole in the sheet rock. I got it patched but then did not have that paint to repaint. So now have three walls to paint a now color. Paint I had in the house already.
Then, last week, I decided to give in with the guys. I had made a rock yard on the west side of the house. Have my horse tank to lay in during the afternoon. Well, they have been driving the Polaris Ranger over my burmes to get hubby to the house and the entrance that has the ramp inside. Easier to get up the living room. So did the framework and wiring for a cement slab to meet the sidewalk. Then everyone told me that I should not do the cement work. Get someone that knows what they are doing. MEN! So now need to find someone.
I so hope I can get back to my quilting after the first of June. I will be ready for a vacation to some place where I can just sit and relax and quilt.

Am getting ready to join some other quilters and deal with our UFO's. Need to do a count. Someone HELP me! Have a meeting with my mother and her lawyer tomorrow morning. Then after lunch I am heading to my quilting stash/pantry room. Make a list of each UFO on a separate slip of paper and put the slips in a decorative jar. Will pull out one slip at the first of the month. Work on it and a challenge I have with quilting friend for the month. If I finish the project from the slip before the month then will pull out another slip of a UFO project. If I don't finish the project will put that slip in a different jar.
